Pupcakes

Motica Pupcakes!

For my dog lovers!!! I have a pupcake recipe good enough for a human, but made for a dog! This recipe I named after my “cousin” – a Maltese/Shih Tzu mix named Motica. I will Post pictures of the pupcakes soon!

2 cups water
2 overripe bananas
1 tbsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp honey

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Mash bananas
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Spoon into cupcake tins, lined with cupcake papers.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. When banana pup cakes are cool, frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired.

Pupcake frosting
6 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp honey flour

1. Beat cream cheese, yogurt and honey until smooth.
2. Add enough flour to thicken until you reach a good spreading consistency.
3. Spread over the top of the pupcake and let your pooch taste-test their special treat!
